Disclosure RouterFounder Beta

Terms of Service

Version: 13 September 2026 · Founder Beta

1. Provider and scope

Disclosure Router is operated by Manuel Recio García, tax ID 70580280L, with business address at Riu Xúquer, 6, 46192 Montserrat (Valencia), España, contact: support.disclosurerouter@gmail.com.

These Terms govern access to the Disclosure Router Founder Beta. The service is intended for businesses, agencies, studios, freelancers and other professional users purchasing for business or professional purposes.

2. Founder Beta plans

Founder Beta plans provide 12 months of access from the purchase date. Creator, Studio and Agency plans differ by user/workspace limits and features described on the pricing page. Founder Beta is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

3. Beta status and feature changes

The product is in beta. Features, supported platforms, rule coverage, interfaces and workflows may change during the access period. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to maintain material functionality, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

4. No legal or platform-approval guarantee

Disclosure Router is an operational guidance and workflow tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance, account approval, ad approval, listing approval or acceptance by any platform or regulator. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the final asset, declarations and publishing decisions.

5. Rule sources and updates

The service may map customer declarations to published platform policies, technical specifications and legal transparency requirements. Because these sources can change, a route generated at one time may not remain current indefinitely. Where available, the product may record the rule/version/date used.

6. Customer declarations

The service relies on information supplied by the customer about how an asset was created or edited. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of those declarations and for having the rights and permissions required for the content they process.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, deceptive manipulation, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, bypassing platform safeguards, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Customers retain ownership of their assets. Disclosure Router retains ownership of the software, interface, documentation, rule-mapping logic and related materials. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the access period within the limits of the purchased plan.

9. Customer data and files

The product is designed to minimise retention of raw creative assets where technically possible. The production implementation may process metadata, declarations, file fingerprints, account data and evidence records needed to provide the service. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Payment and taxes

Checkout is processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For transactions processed using Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles applicable indirect taxes, fraud, disputes and transaction-level payment support within its supported scope. Your purchase price may be increased by VAT, GST, sales tax or similar tax according to your location and status.

11. Refunds

Founder Beta is sold exclusively for professional/B2B use. Purchases are final and non-refundable except for duplicate charges, material non-delivery or material service failure that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time, or where mandatory law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for details.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disclosure Router is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost advertising spend, rejected campaigns, suspended accounts, regulatory decisions, lost profits or losses caused by inaccurate customer declarations or third-party platform changes. For claims that may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant Founder Beta plan.

13. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for material breach, unlawful use, security abuse or attempts to interfere with the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply. For B2B customers, the parties submit to the courts corresponding to the provider's business domicile unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
